Annual General Meeting 2015
will take place on

March 25th at 7.00pm

David Weir Leisure Centre

The purpose of the evening is to elect the Management Committee; to discuss and vote on any Proposals put forward (these must be no later than 28 days prior to the meeting); to accept the Club Accounts for the preceding year and to elect the officers of the club for the coming year.

All club members are welcome to attend.

We also have a vacancy for Minutes Secretary this is currently a non-committee role but will require attendance once a month at committee meetings.
